General Description of the Role

Love bringing brands to life where consumers experience them most?

We're looking for an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager - On Trade to help deliver best-in-class activations across Campari Group's premium spirits portfolio.

Working closely with Sales, Brand Marketing and agency partners, you'll support the planning and execution of venue activations, customer programs, POSM development and commercial initiatives that drive visibility, engagement and sales across the On-Premise channel.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Support the delivery of On-Trade channel plans and activations
  • Coordinate POSM development, ordering and execution
  • Support customer and venue activation programs
  • Work with agency partners to deliver memorable consumer experiences
  • Assist with new product launches and commercial initiatives
  • Track activity performance, reporting and budget management
  • Partner closely with Sales, Brand and Commercial Excellence teams

 

What we're looking for

  • Experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing or Sales Activation
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing agencies, budgets or activation programs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Liquor, FMCG or consumer goods experience highly regarded
