I recently became a Camparista, am I eligible for internal opportunities?
First off, Welcome Camparista!
To be eligible for internal opportunities, you must meet the following criteria:
• You have been in your current role for at least 18 months.
• Your performance rating for the past two years is "Meeting Expectations" or higher.
• You have informed both your Line Manager and HR Business Partner (HRBP) before submitting your application.
I'm interested in an opportunity abroad, am I eligible to apply?
At Campari Group, international career opportunities are often part of broader talent development and succession planning discussions. Through talent reviews, succession planning, and regular talent conversations, we actively support employees in exploring growth opportunities across our global organization. If you are interested in a role in another country, please connect with your HRBP before applying to confirm your eligibility and discuss any mobility requirements that may apply. Our internal job postings include mobility-related eligibility criteria. Please carefully review each job posting to determine whether visa sponsorship or relocation support is available for the opportunity you are considering.
I would like to apply. What should I do?
1. First, make sure your profile fits with the position's requirements.
2. Second, be transparent and inform your Line Manager and HRBP upfront. It is important that you have an open conversation with your Line Manager about your intention to apply for an internal position. This will allow both your Line Manager and your HRBP to be aware and support you along the way. When you submit your application, your Line Manager will be notified with an automatic email.
3. Third, click on the job description from this internal website and on the "Apply" button. Add all required information, along with your updated CV/resume. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after. Good luck!
I submitted my application, what can I expect?
Your application will first be reviewed by our Talent Acquisition team, and you will be contacted by a Talent Acquisition Partner. Following this, an eligibility check will be conducted with your HR Business Partner, and your profile will be shared with the hiring manager for the role. If your profile is selected, we will promptly inform you and schedule the next steps. If it is not selected, we will also notify you. You can track the status of your application at any time through the Career Portal.
I haven't heard back regarding my internal application, who can I contact for an update?
If you have questions regarding the status of your application, please contact your Talent Acquisition Partner.
What are the steps in the interview process?
Once eligibility checks are completed and your profile is selected, you will be invited to an interview with the hiring manager. This conversation will explore your motivation and help the team learn more about your unique "Twist." Additional interviewers—such as cross-functional leaders or the manager of the hiring manager—may also participate in the process. Typically, the HR Business Partner conducts the final interview. After all interviews are completed, the hiring team holds a debrief and decision-making meeting to share feedback on all candidates. The hiring manager then identifies the candidate they would like to offer the role to.
What if I don't find the right opportunity for me right now?
We post here all our main internal job openings over time. Even if you don't find the right one for you today, make sure to set up your customized Job Alerts. Will my referral automatically receive an interview?
While we appreciate you taking the time to submit a referral, please note that only profiles that match the needs of the role will be contacted for an interview.
Who can I contact for an update on my referral?
You can track the progress of your referral on the internal career portal. Please keep in mind that to respect the privacy of our candidates we cannot share specifics on the progress of their candidacy.
Will I be compensated if my referral is hired?
We do not have a Global referral incentive program, but we are exploring building one for the future. In the meantime, check with your HRBP for local programs.
