Context and mission 

Within the Global Finance team of Gruppo Campari, as part of Corporate Banking and Insurance Management team, there is the need to enhance capabilities dedicated to Insurance Management.
This area is constantly acting a pivotal role at Corporate level to monitor and mitigate risks through a solid insurance program whose perimeter and width is increasing and should be extended more, based on our business needs.
In this context, the new role will report into the Insurance Management Manager to contribute to the overall execution of the Insurance Management program.
He/She will be responsible to ensure a timely and precise support in most of the insurance management operations, including contract management, claim management, loss prevention, working closely with the internal and external stakeholders and counterparts. 


Key activities

•    Main Focus on the local Italian policy contracts and network activities related to Group Multinational Programs
•    Management of Health & Accident policies and insurance on specific events / projects (i.e. calendar, sponsorship-events)
•    Daily activities with broker e Insurers.
•    Understanding the needs of the local internal client/colleague and timely intervention to offer one-shot or a recurring solution.
•    Yearly activities: collection and critical verification of the group data received, drafting of reports according to the internal functions needs (Finance, HR, FP&A, etc) 
•    Check and analysis of the insurance section of the contracts with third party suppliers in relation to projects / assignments considering the Group guidelines and internal standards.
•    Claims management: receipt and correct notification of local claims. Follow-up activities.
•    Ad hoc support on negotiations, critical collection of any requested information and accurate review of insurance documents and premiums requests according to the agreements.
•    Precise and timely handling of payments instructions / administrative needs in cooperation with the Shared Service Center 
•    Coordination and monitoring of  loss-prevention activities with third party partners.

Experience Required
•    Min 5 years in the Insurance Industry (company or broker) or within an insurance management dept. in a international company, if belonging to FMCG Industry is a plus


Education / Professional Qualifications

•    Degree in Economics / Law is a plus
•    Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, knowledge of another language is a plus

Compensation and grading

The indicative annual gross salary (base salary) for this position ranges within EUR 45-60K, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall profile.

The role is classified in accordance with the CCNL Alimentare collective labor agreement – Impiegato

The position might also include a variable compensation component and a benefits package in line with applicable company policies.
