Role Context & Mission
Reporting to the Technology & Services (T&S) Governance Manager, the T&S Governance Expert plays a central role in strengthening the T&S Governance framework, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and elevating the quality of strategic execution across the Department.
Positioned at the core of the T&S Office, the role supports the translation of strategic priorities into clear governance mechanisms, robust management routines, and disciplined execution practices. It ensures that processes, decision rights, and accountabilities are clearly defined, consistently applied, and continuously improved across the Department, fostering alignment, transparency, and performance
In parallel, the role acts as a trusted partner to the T&S Leadership Team, supporting executive-level decision-making through high-quality materials, leadership communications, and governance documentation, while orchestrating key leadership routines, forums, and committees. The overall mission is to enable faster and better-informed decision-making, reinforce operational rigor, and support the ongoing evolution of the T&S Operating Model.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the evolution of the T&S Operating Model (roles, responsibilities, governance structures, and ways of working), ensuring clarity, scalability, and alignment with strategic priorities
- Orchestrate leadership forums, governance committees, and executive routines, ensuring effective agenda setting, high-quality preparation, structured decision-making, and rigorous follow-up
- Support the T&S Governance Manager in the definition, articulation, and evolution of the T&S Strategy
- Develop high-impact executive presentations, dashboards, and communications for the T&S Leadership Team
- Translate complex strategic, organizational, and operational topics into clear, compelling, and decision-oriented narratives for senior stakeholders
- Design, implement, and continuously improve tools, templates, standards, and reporting frameworks to enhance transparency, governance quality, and functional maturity
- Provide decision‑ready insights and recommendations, turning complexity into clarity for senior leaders
- Act as a catalyst for accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the T&S Organization
Key Relationships
- T&S Leadership Teams: coordination on governance forums, strategic initiatives, decision-making materials, and action follow-up
- Cross-functional IT and Business stakeholders: coordination on governance topics, inputs for leadership discussions, and operating model alignment
- Enterprise Architecture Team: partnership on IT Strategy definition, IT Landscape evolution, and AI & Innovation adoption
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Management Engineering, or a related field
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in a leading consulting firm and/or in a strategy, governance, or transformation role within a complex organizational environment
- Proven experience working in multinational and/or matrix organizations - Technical Skills:
- Experience in Operating Models Design, Governance Frameworks, and Process Mapping
- Advanced capability in preparing Executive Presentations, Reports, Dashboards, and Decision-Support materials
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Knowledge of Project Management and Budget Management principles
- Proficiency with reporting, productivity, and collaboration tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint) - Soft Skills & Behavioral Competencies:
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information and connect detail to broader strategic implications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and tailor messages across seniority levels
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity; able to bring structure, clarity, and direction in evolving environments
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of ownership, accountability, and motivation to deliver results and drive continuous improvement
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) - Preferred Qualifications (Optional Enhancement)
- Experience in IT Strategy, IT Governance, or Technology Operating Model design
- Exposure to global, multinational business environments
