Position Overview

The Global Senior Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in translating brand strategy into high-impact, in-market execution across global markets. This role is accountable for the end-to-end development and deployment of brand programs and tools—ensuring they are launched on time, on budget, and adopted effectively in markets.

Acting as the engine of the brand team, the role requires rigorous project management, sharp prioritization, and relentless focus on output quality and speed. Success is defined by the ability to consistently deliver ready-to-use, commercially effective assets and initiatives that drive measurable brand and business performance in a complex, matrixed environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Global Brand Management

  • Manage all stages of global brand development and growth strategies in partnership with global Marketing Director, senior stakeholders, insights team, cross-functional colleagues, and agency partners.
  • Support the development and delivery of annual brand plans, ensuring clarity, usability, and immediate applicability for markets.
  • Convert consumer, customer, and category insights into actionable briefs, toolkits, and activation frameworks.
  • Ensure all brand outputs are consistent, decision-ready, and optimized for fast market adoption.

 

Brand Programming & Activation

  • Lead the end-to-end development of global toolkits (content, POSM, activation mechanics, guidelines) with a strong focus on usability, modularity, and speed to market.
  • Ensure all assets are produced to a high standard, within budget, and according to committed timelines.
  • Partner with markets to drive execution excellence, removing friction and ensuring consistent, high-quality implementation globally.

 

Innovation

  • Lead the operational delivery of innovation projects (liquid and packaging) from concept to launch, ensuring timelines, quality, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Translate innovation strategy into concrete product propositions, packaging, and go-to-market assets.
  • Drive launch readiness, including toolkits, storytelling, and commercial materials for markets.
  • Actively manage the innovation pipeline, ensuring progress, visibility, and on-time delivery across all stakeholders.

 

Influence & Collaboration

  • Operate as a central connector across functions, ensuring seamless coordination between Marketing, Sales, Supply, Finance, and external partners.
  • Drive alignment and momentum across global markets through clear communication, structured follow-ups, and delivery discipline.
  • Build credibility through execution excellence and reliability, becoming a reference point for getting things done.
  • Manage agencies and external partners with a strong focus on output quality, efficiency, and deadlines.

 

Operational Excellence 

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of brand initiatives, ensuring they are executed with precision, speed, and consistency.
  • Track adoption and performance of global programs in markets, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions.
  • Manage A&P budgets with strict discipline, ensuring maximum impact and cost efficiency.
  • Implement structured processes, timelines, and reporting to ensure visibility and control across all projects.
  • Support budgeting cycles with a clear link between investments, deliverables, and expected outcomes.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management within CPG and/or alcoholic beverages, with strong exposure to global environments.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex projects end-to-end, with tangible in-market execution.
  • Execution-driven mindset: prioritizes output, speed, and quality over conceptual ownership.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
  • High level of ownership and accountability, with a bias for action and problem-solving.
  • Ability to operate effectively without direct reports, influencing through expertise, structure, and delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to translate data and insights into actionable outputs.
  • Experience in innovation development and launch (product and packaging)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a matrix organization.
  • Fluent in English and French.
