FP&A Specialist (f/m/d)

Your Role
You support disciplined overhead cost management and ensure reliable, timely reporting to the region. In doing so, you will further build solid Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Partnering competencies.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and actuals analysis of overhead costs across all functions
- Prepare and present monthly variance analyses (Budget / Forecast / Prior Year)
- Track accruals and cost developments, including quality assurance
- Prepare reporting files and commentary for regional reporting
- Contribute to the monthly regional reporting packages
- Conduct analyses of cost, headcount, and overhead developments
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, and decision-making materials
- Ensure consistent and high-quality data across systems (SAP, Excel, planning tools)
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
- Initial practical experience in Controlling or FP&A (e.g. internship or entry-level role)
- Very good Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with a structured and reliable working style
- Interest in cost management, reporting, and financial analysis
- Business-fluent German and English skills
