Role Purpose
The Head of Sales is responsible for the delivery of the strategic and operational sales objectives for the all brands across all channels, delivering clearly defined sales results. The role covers the key channels of liquor retail as well as the on-premise strategy and execution for Korea. Leading and driving a high performing sales team as well as lending presence to key customer negotiations, the Sales Director leads a team of professionals across Sales team
The Head of Sales is a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the Marketing Director to have a significant input to the strategic and operational direction of the business, under the guidance of the Managing Director.
Accountabilities
- Achievement of the strategic and operational sales objectives
- Achievement of specific trading objectives, including volume, value, share and Net Sales Volume by brand
- Facilitate the execution in trade of the annual marketing plans
- Ensure the commercial viability of all customer strategies and decisions
- Development and delivery of annual customer plans
- Development and execution of commercially sound trading strategies by channel
- Responsible for ongoing customer negotiation- with a focus on annual Trading Terms negotiation
- Providing input to a sophisticated sales forecasting process
- Leading and developing a remote base sales team, with a high performance orientation
