Campari BENELUX is currently looking for an FP&A specialist based in Brussels.
Campari Benelux, a leading player in the beverage industry, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the finance team and other departments to analyze financial performance, develop forecasts and budgets, and support strategic decision-making for the Benelux region.
The assignment sits in the heart of the management of the company, highly visible at the cross-roads of various departments and with immediate link to the Benelux Lead Team.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Development of strategic business plan, yearly budget and monthly forecast (for BeNeLux customers) according to Group guidelines;
- Lead the month-end close process (reporting / controlling activities)
- Manage price list, deferred discounts and rebate in the system, ensuring accurate accruals, month-end reconciliation, compliance with accounting standards, and alignment with commercial agreements.
- Provide financial support and guidance to cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
- Create and maintain business KPI performance reporting, dashboards and value-added analysis
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes, improve data integrity, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analyses to drive business decisions
- Monitor A&P costs monthly and provide accurate forecast and analysis in collaboration with Marketing and CCM team
- Perform analysis of P&L accounts, research, and drive resolution of all outstanding issues
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or economics
- A minimum of 3 years of experience (maximum 5 years) in financial planning & analysis, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Fluency in English is a must, fluency in French or Dutch is essential (and fluency in other languages is a plus).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and SAP
