We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager (FP&A) to join our Finance team in Brazil, acting as a key strategic partner to the Finance Director and playing a critical role in driving financial performance, commercial decision-making and profitable growth.
This is not a traditional FP&A role. It is a high-impact, business-facing position, requiring strong financial expertise combined with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate a complex and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior leadership, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles, ensuring alignment across volume, pricing, investments and profitability.
- Own and manage the P&L, delivering clear insights on performance drivers and influencing business actions.
- Drive pricing strategies and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives, optimising trade investments and margin performance.
- Lead performance reviews and variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending actions.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing and Supply teams to support business growth and value creation.
- Deliver executive-level financial analysis and storytelling to local and global stakeholders.
- Lead and develop the FP&A team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Business Finance (typically 8–10+ years).
- Proven track record of P&L management, financial planning and business partnering.
- Solid exposure to pricing, commercial dynamics and/or Revenue Growth Management (RGM).
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders in complex environments.
- Background in FMCG, beverages or consumer goods is highly preferred.
- Solid experience in team leadership and talent development.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Advanced analytical, financial modelling skills and strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management.
