At Campari Group, we're home to some of the world's most recognised spirits brands. As Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for growing our presence across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty region, partnering with retail customers to drive sales, distribution and visibility across our portfolio.
This is a field-based role with regular travel throughout the territory, making strong planning, relationship-building and time management essential for success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and grow a portfolio of off-premise retail customers across your territory.
- Drive sales, distribution and execution of key commercial initiatives.
- Build trusted customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Execute promotions, displays and merchandising activities to maximise visibility in store.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity and turn insights into action.
- Represent Campari Group at customer and industry events when required.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in FMCG, beverage, liquor or retail field sales.
- Proven success managing a sales territory and building customer relationships.
- Commercially minded, self-driven and highly organised.
- Comfortable spending the majority of your time in market.
- Full New Zealand driver's licence.
- Able to travel regularly throughout Waikato and Bay of Plenty.
