Role Purpose and Mission
The role is responsible for coordinating external BPO Resources on key activities within the Group statutory reporting and monthly closing processes, with a focus on intercompany, general ledger, disclosure schedules and financial data quality. The resource acts as a point of reference for BPO teams, local finance teams and Group stakeholders, ensuring timely execution of closing activities, resolution of operational issues, compliance with SOPs and consistency of reporting outputs. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives, strengthens analytical controls and contributes to the maintenance of robust process documentation and audit trails.

Coordinate and Manage Intercompany Reconciliation process ensuring quality and timely closure

Intercompany Recharges

Perform Initial calculation

Coordinate ICO Recharges planning activities

Coordinate monthly accruals and Periodic invoices postings

General Ledger

Coordinate T&E and related Month End Accruals

Coordination on monthly accruals (eg: rents)

Coordination and management of Bank Transitory Accounts

Coordinate IFRS7 + IFRS 9 postings and Disclosures

Coordinate Provision postings + Disclosures

Coordinate Factoring Postings + Disclosures

Support on Tax related activities

One Off PL Line quarterly reporting

Quality Checks & Analytical Controls

Develop and Expand Reconciliation & Controls Perimeter

Strengthen controls to monitor and analyze differences between IFRS and Local GAAPs

General

Promote continuous improvement and data quality among all reporting processes

Ensure SOPs and process documentation are complete, updated and aligned with actual processes and control requirements
Qualifications & Experience
-
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-
5 years of experience within accounting or financial control

Strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAPs
-
Experience with SAP ERP and Group Reporting is a plus

Compensation and Grading
The indicative annual gross salary (base salary) for this position ranges within 38 000 - 45 000€ , depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall profile.
