Job Overview
The On-premise key account executive is a Hybrid Sales, Customer Marketing & Advocacy role that will drive Campari portfolio’s growth and market expansion in the on-premise channel by recruiting, servicing, auditing, activating, and supporting local market establishments.
He/she works within the Philippines sales department, reports to the Campari Country Manager and closely collaborates with the wider commercial team.
The mission of the role is to build commercial excellence and achievement of turnover targets through the on trade sales distribution accounts and promote Campari in the Philippines in a professional manner consistent with the overall quality image of the company.

Key Responsibilities & Activities
- Business development and RTM through acquisition of key accounts/outlets using the current channel plans
- Build commercial excellence and develop positive trade relations with on trade operators
- Stipulates outlet trade agreements (activation in terms of assortment, pouring, visibility, drink list activation, trade and engagement activities), making sure to enrich the full consumer journey from pre during and post.
- Lead brand advocacy initiatives by delivering impactful training sessions for trade partners and consumers, ensuring consistent representation of brand values and lifestyle.
- Drive consumer engagement and awareness through hosting on-premise activations and events that bring the brand experience to life.
- Actively interfaces with CCM stakeholders to deploy marketing objectives into channel plans;
- Manage and implement all trade promotions and incentive schemes in line with any marketing program advised to outlets
- Analyses and consults sell in and out data of the On-trade key accounts and uses tools and software to carry out consumer trend analysis, store visibility, store sales and performance monitoring of sales and distribution data of the target brands
- Identifies and shares on sales insights & opportunities for business development by key account and properly segment the accounts to its best utilization, and recommend venues where to build close partnerships and brand building activities in.
- Monthly trade claims coordination for timely claims submission
- Provision of monthly hunting list for key account opportunities
- Drive and achieve on premise KPIs
- Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports according to KPIs provided.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to the broader team.
- Work closely with distributors, agencies, and country manager to maximize brand impact.

Prerequisites:
- Minimum 2-3 years On-premise commercial experience.
- Knowledge of local On Premise as a plus
- Experience in customer marketing or marketing considered as a plus
- Relevant experience in the Spirits/Beverage industry a plus
- Qualification in Business or Commerce or equivalent is preferred but not essential
