General Description of the Role

 

The Brand Engagement Executive, Aperol is a key member of the Campari Group execution team in Philippines, and works with the Business Development Manager, Marketing & CCM (trade marketing) teams, and Brand Ambassador team in the delivery of Aperol consumer and trade executions in the local market. They are responsible to bring the brand to life through consumer activations and work with on-trade partners to generate top line growth for the Aperol brand.

 

Key Activities & Responsibilities

  • Ensures the ‘perfect serve’ execution in the outlets, supports the local Brand Ambassador in training/refreshing knowledge on the perfect serve for Aperol (specifically Aperol Spritz).

  • Have a strong understanding of Aperol materials available internally to activate outlets via the internal framework (Pyramid Approach)

  • Innovate new and creative Aperol materials for activation, in accordance with the Global brand direction.

  • Drive consumer engagement efforts for Aperol in Philippines vai the Orange Squad – planning consumer activations at outlets, events and festivals, with execution of the events where necessary, or working alongside the event agency.

  • Reviews and improves On-Trade perfect playbook execution, ensures it follows the 6 levers in Aperol key accounts in Philippines

  • To work with on-trade partners and drive sales as an outcome of the marketing initiatives

 

Key Relationships

  • Internal: Local sales & marketing team, regional marketing & CCM teams

  • External: On-trade accounts and local distributors

 

Experience & Education & Skills

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience, focused on consumer event planning and execution

  • Trade experience is a plus

  • Extroverted, is able to independently work with external On trade partners and vendors

  • Time management, good organizational skills

  • Good written and communication skills

  • Well organised and meticulous

  • Proactive and able to work under pressure and independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Languages: fluent in English
