Mission

Our Mission is to win at the point of sales by developing a strong channel & customer strategy and ensuring excellence in execution in shopper-centric brand-building and reach driven activations for the on-trade, off-trade, and e-commerce channel to support business results. Working in strong liaison with internal channel & customer marketing, consumer marketing & sales team are key to ensure a coherent approach.

Key Responsibilities & Activities

  • All actions are taken with the clear focus on contributing to the perfect store model as a channel & customer strategic guideline for the channels on-trade, off-trade and e-com to build our brands and generate sales
  • Co-responsibility of the creation and implementation of the channel & customer marketing strategy
  • Leading the assigned individual brands and brand portfolios in the assigned (sub-) channels (taking into account the customer and target group structure of Campari Austria) including conception, implementation and evaluation of innovative and creative activation measures/tools (e.g. Spritz Menu cards, Campari Negroni Week, Aperol display)
  • Targeted provision of advertising materials for the above-mentioned (sub-) channels
  • Development of sales argumentation guidelines and creation of all briefing documents 
  • Supporting the omni-channel journey and also linking channel, social media and B2B PR measures
  • Close collaboration and communication with Campari internal departments, such as Consumer Marketing, Sales, Finance, as well as external partners, such as agencies, global partners, customers, etc.
  • Development of customer-specific VKF concepts in direct customer consultation, especially for activating new customers in system gastronomy
  • Analysis of relevant business parameters and monitoring of competitive activities, trends, customer and channel development
  • Budget management and responsibility; preparation of reports and analyses; management of agencies and service providers; coordination and implementation of FMCG collaborations

 

Experience:

  • Degree in business administration or similar qualification with a focus on marketing, communications, sales or hospitality
  • At least 3 years of solid professional experience in trade or channel marketing, product marketing or product management with a strong activation focus in an FMCG company or agency
  • Very good brand understanding, as well as curiosity about italian drinking culture, lifestyle brands and innovation
  • Strong analytical understanding coupled with the ability to work conceptually, as well as creative nature
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills coupled with diplomacy and team spirit
  • Quick comprehension coupled with logical thinking skills
  • Organizational talent with a very results-oriented way of working, reliability, a hands-on mentality and a strong sales mindset
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in German and English, solid MS Office knowledge
