We're looking for a Regional Sales Operations Admin to support the reporting, budgets, and day-to-day systems that keep our sales organization running smoothly. Key Responsibilities and Activities 

Sales Operations & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain business reporting utilized by Regional Leadership.
  • Create dashboards and tools that improve decision making and sales productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes through automation and improved reporting.
  • Transform raw data into actionable business insights.
  • Act as a resource for Vistaar support for Pricing, Reimbursement Management and Trade Promotion Management.
  • Facilitate account updates/changes in KARMA
  • Provide quarterly updates on KARMA KPI performance – reporting & calls with each person
  • Provide optimized and/or simplified KARMA views or ad hoc reports/surveys as required
  • Manage control state listings and price change notifications

Budget Administration & Financial Operations

  • Own invoice processing workflow for the Central and Control Regions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate vendor payment processing.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Track regional expense activity and support budget management.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline invoice-related processes
  • Communicate year end deadlines and actions required for fiscal close related to invoices 

Other General Admin:

  • Manage price change letters/notifications to SGWS
  • Manage Region Sharepoint folder shared files – data hygiene, set up and access
  • Manage and monitor Private Barrel set ups weekly & communicate details to the sales team
  • Meetings: Support the planning and execution of meetings for both the Central and Control regions, as well as those held at the Dallas Office.
    • Responsible for negotiating hotel contracts, selecting meals, transportation, A/V and room set up as well as budget management.

Required Skills

  • Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Outlook, Teams, Word, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Ability to build complex formulas including:
  • XLOOKUP
  • INDEX/MATCH
  • SUMIFS
  • Nested IF statements
  • Dynamic arrays
  • Experience creating dashboards and reporting tools
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets
  • Power Query experience (preferred)
  • Power BI experience (preferred)
  • VIP/KARMA experience (preferred)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in beverage alcohol, CPG, distributor management, or sales operations environments.
  • Familiarity with supplier-distributor relationships.
  • Experience working with depletion, pricing, promotional, and account data.
  • Knowledge of control state environments preferred.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $64,400 - $85,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors and considerations. In addition to base salary and a generous employee benefits package, employees are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
