General Description of the Role
The Brand Manager’s responsibilities are
- To drive growth of Campari Group Brands
- Brand plan development execution aligned with global/ APAC, and local team
- Frequent communication with internal Customer marketing, Sales, Supply and Finance to align strategy, plan and execution.
- Work with internal Brand Teams in Singapore, Milan and New York.
- Managing Marketing spending
- Understanding recent market trend and current and future environment to include them into brand plan building
- Develop agency briefs and manage the execution of all elements of the marketing mix and day to day agency management including:

- Media advertising
- Digital
- Event
- PR
- Trade promotion for On & Off-premise by working with customer marketing team

Key Responsibilities and Activities
Brand Plan Development and execution

- Build and prepare brand plan in Q3 every year
- Make sure brand plan is align with global strategy and capture local needs
- Make sure the plan is effective in Japan
- Communicate with internal team to make sure the plan is agreed.
- Execute the initiatives and measure the result vs. KPI.
Cooperate with internal teams
- Global marketing team in Milan and New York
- Asia Marketing team in Singapore
- Internal team- CCM, Sales, Supply, Finance, and Marketing
Controlling marketing expense for brands

- Monitoring A&P spending by each Brand
Local Market Information maintenance and sharing

- Maintaining Japan liquor Market information
- Conducting brand health tracking survey
- Sharing information with both internal and external counterparts
Core Experience Required
- Excellent communication in both Japanese and English
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Demonstrated capability to build and sustain relationships at the highest level within organizations
Industry Knowledge and Experience:
- Good to have an alcohol of FMG Industry knowledge
- Knowledge of digital marketing
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in brand marketing and measurement.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box .
- Strategic thinking combined with a strong ROI and analytical mindset, you’re motivated to turn any marketing strategy into a campaign that directly influences sales, margins and profit.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment and cross functionally contributing to the enthusiasm and positive interactions with colleagues.

Education / Professional Qualifications
- University degree
- Formal Marketing training preferable
