Position Overview
At Campari Group, we build brands that lead culture. This 12‑month fixed term opportunity plays a critical role in how our spirits win in Australia’s most influential On‑Trade venues — behind the bar, on the menu and in the moment.
The Role
As Trade Marketing Manager – On Trade, you will own the development and delivery of best‑in‑class On‑Trade marketing and activation that brings our brands to life in venue. Partnering closely with Sales, Brand and customers, you’ll turn insight into execution that drives brand love and profitable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver On‑Trade marketing and activation using the Perfect Venue framework
- Shape customer activation plans and support Joint Business Planning
- Influence listings, menu presence, visibility and in‑venue execution
- Lead agency partners to deliver standout activations
- Manage A&P investment and track ROI
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing or Commercial Activation
- Strong On‑Trade and liquor industry capability
- Commercial mindset with a bias for action
- Ability to influence and collaborate across teams
