The Role
Own supply planning across ANZ, balancing availability, inventory, and cost.
You’ll manage copacking, coordinate suppliers, and keep stock flowing through our network with minimal disruption.
4 month opportunity starting August, step in, add value fast and keep supply moving across ANZ.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and manage inventory across ANZ warehouses
- Own copacking & relabelling activities (incl. LTOs/imports)
- Raise and track purchase orders with local & global suppliers
- Monitor stock levels, reconcile daily, and act on low cover risks
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and vendors on inbound supply
- Analyse inventory and support decisions on stock levels & service
- Manage SLOB (slow-moving & obsolete inventory)
- Support production planning and network replenishment
- Maintain reporting and share clear insights with stakeholders
What You Bring
- Experience in supply planning / purchasing / supply chain (FMCG preferred)
- Exposure to importation and supplier coordination
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- SAP / IBP exposure is a plus
