Role Overview

Ready to lead one of the most energised field teams in the drinks industry? As our Off Trade Field Sales Manager for NSW & QLD, you’ll shape the performance of two powerhouse states, champion the Campari Way of Selling, and build a culture that thrives on winning together.

This is a high-impact role for a people‑first leader who knows how to turn strategy into action, elevate capability, and deliver results with excellence.

What you’ll lead

Lead a High‑Performing Team

  • Inspire, empower and develop Area Sales Managers and Merchandisers across NSW and QLD.
  • Embed the Campari Way of Selling through hands‑on coaching, continuous capability building and in‑field leadership.

Own Execution Excellence

  • Drive flawless cycle plan delivery across Off Trade channels.
  • Champion Perfect Store standards and ensure the field team brings every activation to life with impact.
  • Keep coaching sharp with 3+ days per week in the field.

Fuel Sales Growth

  • Motivate the team to smash sales targets, grow market share, and unlock new opportunities in each territory.
  • Partner with Key & National Account Managers to execute customer and promotional plans that win in store.

Strengthen Customer Partnerships

  • Build trusted relationships with key customers, banners and groups.
  • Resolve challenges, support negotiations and deliver a first‑class customer experience in every interaction.

Bring Insight & Intelligence

  • Monitor trends, track competitor movement and forecast with precision.
  • Use data to sharpen performance and decision-making for your team.

 

What you bring

  • 7+ years in FMCG or liquor/beverage field sales with proven multi‑state leadership experience.
  • Natural leadership ability, you know how to inspire, coach and elevate performance.
  • Deep understanding of Off Trade channels, customer dynamics and retail execution.
  • Commercial acumen, strong communication skills and confidence navigating multiple stakeholders.
  • RSA (ideally across all states) and an unrestricted driver’s licence.
