Why this role matters

Support the APAC Supply Chain & Logistics team by delivering a focused, short-term data project that strengthens visibility of warehouse and logistics performance across multiple markets. Your work will help create clearer reporting and improve decision-making for regional teams.

What you’ll work on

  • Build a structured dataset combining warehouse, storage and distribution information from various sources.
  • Develop a clear, user-friendly Power BI or Excel dashboard to highlight cost and performance differences across markets.
  • Clean, align and prepare data to ensure consistent units, categories and definitions.
  • Summarise insights and prepare simple documentation so the tool can be used and maintained after your contract ends.

What you’ll learn

  • How supply chain and logistics operates within a regional APAC context.
  • How to design practical business reporting using Power BI or Excel.
  • Working with ERP-style data and collaborating with stakeholders across functions.
  • Turning raw data into clear, business-ready insights.

What you bring

Must-haves:

  • 1+ years’ experience in data, analytics, supply chain, finance or similar early‑career roles.
  • Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables) and basic Power BI capability (building visuals, simple measures).
  • Ability to clean, organise and interpret datasets.
  • Clear communication and good stakeholder follow‑through.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Exposure to SAP or other ERP data sources.
  • Power Query or basic SQL skills.
  • Experience with supply chain, logistics or 3PL environments.

Future pathway

This is a short-term project role with no expectation of extension or conversion. Strong performance may be noted for any future opportunities that arise, but ongoing employment is not anticipated.
