Role Summary

At Campari, we pride ourselves on driving sustainable category growth for ourselves and our customers through our superior insights and execution.

To continue our journey we are seeking an experienced Category Development Manager to support the Spirits, RTD and Mixers portfolio for a 6 month contract. You’ll turn insights into commercial action, lead customer facing category work, and drive growth through data led strategy and execution.

 

What you’ll do

  • Develop category strategies aligned to business and customer priorities
  • Identify growth opportunities across range, space, pricing and portfolio
  • Lead customer category reviews, planning sessions and JBP inputs
  • Analyse scan/shopper data (Circana, Quantium, Nielsen) to uncover insights
  • Deliver compelling presentations and selling stories
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply on execution and innovation

 

What You Bring

  • 5–7+ years in FMCG (category, insights, sales or marketing)
  • Strong commercial thinking + data storytelling
  • Experience with Circana/Nielsen, shopper data + Excel/Power BI
  • Confident influencing cross-functional teams
  • Experience influencing major retailers
  • Liquor experience a plus.
