Help us make Campari unmissable in liquor stores across Australia.
This is a hands-on, fast moving role where you will support our Off Trade team to deliver great in store experiences, impactful displays, and smooth campaign execution.
What you will do
You’ll work closely with our Off Trade Marketing Managers to bring plans to life across major retailers and independents.
Your day-to-day will look like:
- Helping build shopper and customer activation plans using our Perfect Store framework.
- Collaborating with both internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing) and external partners (agencies, retail customers) to deliver activations that align to both our brand plans and the customer strategies.
- Coordinating POS materials — ordering from our global catalogue, creating local items, tracking stock, and working with our warehouse on logistics.
- Supporting Sales with sell-in materials, customer decks, and launch content.
- Managing A&P budget admin, monthly reconciliation, tracking, and reporting.
- Collecting channel KPIs, pulling simple reports, and supporting post-activity reviews.
- Working with agencies, POS logistics partners and field teams to ensure smooth, on-time execution.
Who you are
We are looking for someone who loves making things happen, staying organised, and collaborating across teams.
You will thrive here if you:
- Enjoy coordinating projects and keeping lots of moving parts aligned
- Have strong communication and relationship building skills
- Are curious about how brands win in retail and what drives shopper behaviour
- Feel confident with Excel/PowerPoint and comfortable with admin that keeps campaigns running smoothly
- Have experience in FMCG or liquor, ideally with direct experience in shopper activation or an agency background. Exposure or experience in brand marketing or sales would also be beneficial.
Why join Campari
- Work with iconic global brands
- Learn from experienced marketers while owning real responsibilities
- A supportive, collaborative team culture
- A role where you can grow, test ideas, and shape the shopper experience at shelf
