If you’re passionate about building partnerships, spotting commercial opportunities, and delivering standout in‑store execution, this role gives you real ownership and impact.
This is an individual‑contributor role with no direct reports — ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on field execution and territory ownership.
What You’ll Do
• Grow sales and distribution across key Off Trade accounts in your territory.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships and become a trusted advisor to customers.
• Execute brand strategies, activations, and the Perfect Store framework to maximise visibility.
• Identify new business opportunities and optimise existing accounts.
• Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Support tastings, trade events and in‑store setups when required.
What You Bring
• 3+ years in field sales — ideally FMCG, beverage or liquor.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a varied territory, prioritise, and work independently.
• Good commercial understanding and comfort with reporting and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).
• RSA certification + valid driver’s licence.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25kg and manage stock when required.
If you don’t meet every requirement but believe you can excel in this role, we encourage you to apply — diverse experience and perspectives strengthen our team.
Why Join Campari?
• Work with iconic, globally recognised brands.
• A supportive team and leader who value collaboration and high performance.
• Real ownership of your territory with room to grow your career.
• A culture that values professionalism, curiosity, and doing things the right way.
Who Will Thrive Here
People who are:
• Relationship‑focused and commercially minded
• Hands‑on and proactive
• Strong communicators
• Curious and adaptable in a fast‑paced market environment.
If you’re motivated to elevate Campari’s presence across VIC and build meaningful customer partnerships, we’d love to meet you.
