Role Purpose
Drive sustainable sales growth and market share expansion for Campari Group within the Asia Global Travel Retail (GTR) channel. Build strong partnerships with key retailers, airports, and distributors, ensuring brand visibility, profitability, and alignment with Campari’s global strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Management
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
- Manage customer relationships with duty-free operators, airport authorities, and distributors across Asia.
- Negotiate contracts, trade terms, and promotional agreements to maximize ROI.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Business Development
- Expand Campari’s footprint in strategic hubs (e.g., Incheon, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo).
- Identify and secure new concession opportunities in airports and travel retail channels.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to launch new products tailored for GTR.
Brand & Trade Marketing
- Ensure premium brand visibility and execution of merchandising standards in travel retail environments.
- Partner with marketing teams to deliver impactful activations, promotions, and consumer engagement campaigns.
- Track effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and optimize future investments.
Financial & Operational Control
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L accountability for the region.
- Ensure compliance with Campari’s commercial policies and financial controls.
- Optimize supply chain and logistics coordination with regional partners.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as the key liaison between global HQ, regional teams, and local partners.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, finance, and operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of commercial experience in FMCG, luxury, or spirits industry, with at least 5 years in travel retail.
- Proven track record in sales growth, contract negotiation, and customer relationship management.
- Strong understanding of the Asia GTR landscape and airport concession dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian languages a plus.
