General Description of the Role

 

This internship will be an excellent opportunity to understand various aspects of Supply Planning with hands on experience.The ideal candiate should posses strong analytical skills, an eye for details, problem solving capabilities and a keen interest in learning about Supply Planning and End to End Supply Chain.  

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Validate, enhance & develop SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for Supply Planning processes & S4 processes
  • Manage monthly KPI reporting
  • Validate, documentation & correction of planning parameters data
  • Assist in analysis and optimization of Supply Planning processes to improve process efficiency
  • Co-ordinate and support supply planning projects
  • SAP SKUs portfolio cleaning
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Experience & Skills

 

  • Advance Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint Skills
  • Proficieny in data analysis tools. Power BI tool (Good to have)
  • SAP Skills (Good to have)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in English, other Asian languages
  • Good communication skills both written & verbal
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Team player who thrives in a self-directed, collaborative and fast paced environment
