Position Context and Mission

 

The mission of the Regional Supply Chain Transformation Manager is to own the Program and Project Management stream of supply chain transformation, defining deliverables, change management, and communication framework and working together with Global and Regional functional leaders, business capability owners, super users, and consultancy firms, to ensure the implementation of new ways of working.

 

The Regioanl Supply Chain Transformation Manager is responsible for coordinating multi-functional efforts in Programs impacting/ being impacted by Supply Chain Operating Models, Processes, and Ways of Working, ensuring alignment of different streams and stakeholders, towards seamless delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities and Activities

 

  • Work on Supply Chain Transformation initiatives, working collaboratively to enhance operational excellence, cost-effectiveness and service levels across the organization.

  • Identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize supply chain processes, collaborating with the broader company’s organization.

  • Lead change management execution and value tracking in supply chain

    • Ensure governance on change management plan, tracking implementation status of defined initiatives and liaising with actions owners to manage any issue/ delay

    • Define and run communication plan, including communications on project-specific channels

    • Support hypercare period, collecting feedback from Super Users and defining improvement actions

    • Partner with Business Capability Owners and IT to drive value tracking, defining adoption KPI and ensuring governance on KPI measurement, corrective actions identification and implementation

    • Ensure a seamless post-implementation handover of change management and continuous improvement to regional and local process owners

  • Support planning operating model design and IBP blueprint phase:

    • Partner with Glonbal transformation Director, Head of Regional Planning and HR to define target planning organization and develop Job Descriptions for planning roles, ensuring consistency with defined operating model

    • Drive change impacts analysis, working together with Business Capability Owners to identify the changes vs. current ways of working and define related change actions

    • Facilitate the identification and analysis of integration points with other functions, identifying and engaging the proper counterpart in impacted functions

    • Partner with HR, Planning CoE and Business Capability Owners to support running capabilities assessment and related gap-closing actions

  • Attend to project status meeting and Steering Committees, providing an overview on change  management status with related risks and opportunities

  • Work in close collaboration with Project PMO to ensure alignment between change management initiatives and project plan

Internal: Core project team, Global and Regional Function Heads, Super Users, reference points for impacted functions, project steerco

External: Consultants

 

Skills and Experience required

 

  • Master Degree in scientific area (e.g. Engineering, economics, business administration) 

  • Strong experience in managing complex transformational programs (experience in consultancy is a plus)

  • + 10 years of experience in different functions of Supply Chain

  • Experience in org. design

  • Knowledge of planning processes

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Stakeholder management

  • Strategic influencing and change catalyst

  • Great teamworking

  • Analytical mindset 

  • Advanced English knowledge

  • Advanced knowledge of Office package
