Job Overview
The Off Premise Key Account Manager works within the Singapore sales department, reports to the General Manager and closely collaborate with the wider commercial team
This role will have a proven track record of managing off-premise sales channels, developing strategic relationships and driving revenue growth. This role is pivotal in ensuring Campari’s wide portfolio are effectively positioned and distributed in the right retail environment (on and off line) maximizing market presence and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities & Activities

Sales strategy development to create and implement effective off-premise sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share against competition across various retail channels

Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors and wholesalers to enhance product visibility, awareness whilst fueling sales performance

Conducting regular market analysis to identify trends, potential opportunities, competitive landscape and consumer preferences for strategic business growth

Development and execute promotional plans and in store activations to drive brand awareness and product promotions

Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.

Collaboration with marketing, supply chain and finance teams to ensure alignment of strategies and efficient execution of sales initiatives.

Provision of training and support to the sales team and retail staff on product knowledge and selling techniques to enhance customer engagement.

Drive sustainable positioning and brand equity of our global brands in line with global strategies

Key Relationships
Internal: General Manager, Supply chain functions, CCM Asia Managers, Brand Manager, Customer Service, Finance function, Brand Ambassador
External: Wholesalers, Off-premise retails and chains. On/offline distributions
Pre requisites:

Minimum of 6 -8 years of experience in off-premise sales or account management within the alcohol industry or FMCG sector

Strong understanding of the Singapore retail landscape and consumer behaviour

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Relevant experience in the Spirits/Beverage industry is a plus

Degree qualified in Business or Commerce or equivalent is preferred but not essential

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
