General Description of the Role
The Singapore Accointing finance analyst, will have the responsibility for ensuring financial reporting and analytics integrity for the Singapore legal entity, including Asia Partnership market, Singapore In Market Company, Regional HQ fixed costs and APAC GTR. This also includes pricing maintenance, Cash Flow forecasting, Statutory reporting and tax filing.
Key Responsibilities and Activities

Working with GBS Accenture team to manage timely month-end group reporting and submissions.

Treasury management: bank reconciliation and Cash Flow forecast.

Support in providing documentation for all areas of accounting and statutory reporting.

Pricing maintenance and validation, including Intercompany Transfer Pricing

Review Paybales and secure that vendor ledger are properly maintained

Coordination of month end activity calendar

Preparation and distribution of monthly management pack.

Support Finance director in providing:

Review weekly excise and N30 with supply chain for timely submissions to ATO/ACS.

Review and submission of monthly BAS (GST, PAYG, WET, FBT instalment).

Reconciliation and reviewing FBT submission in conjunctions with KPMG.

Quarterly tax calculation and year-end tax preparation with KPMG.

Annual insurance renewal coordination

Reporting relationship
The Finance Analyst reports to the Singapore Finance Directror and works closely with Group Finance Consolidation, tax and Treasury teams.
Experience Required, skills & Attributes

2 to 3 years’ experience in an Audit or accounting Firm

Degree in Commerce/Accounting/CPA

Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset

Strong relationship skills

High attention to detail

Be comfortable with a multi-cultural environment

Proven ability to work across functions, carry out data analysis, identify trends

Ability to challenge status quo

Advanced excel skills a must, macro experience advantageous.

Good knowledge of SAP BI/APO/BPC/BW

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Power Pivot and Power Query essential
