Position context

The Category Manager Brown, White and Champagne reports to the Marketing and CCM Director, Asia PMs who in turn reports to the Managing Director APMs

The Category Manager Brown, White Spirits and Champagen oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy . He is the first responsible for a deep and real consumer understanding and along this responsibility he leads the development and the implementation of the managed categories strategy, driving the implementation of the Marketing strategy - including events, digital marketing, and PR. He is responsible for the P&L in cooperation with Finance.
Key Responsibilities & Activities
STRATEGIC PLANNING and ANALYSIS

Ensure the medium-long term forecasting of the brands/volume

Ensure an exhaustive and meaningful Strategic Plan elaboration
-
Monitor categories profitability trends and analyze variances versus plans
NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Contribute to the NPD process in line with Gruppo Campari frame and metrics (APAC Region and GSM)
COMMUNICATION
-
Drive the development and implementation of the most appropriate strategy related to Web, New Media and CRM initiatives together with Brand PR and Consumer events, in order to support of brand positioning and strategy
BRAND PLAN

Drive the Brand Plan elaboration, approval and execution with a 360 degree activation, implementing ATL and BTL activities in collaboration with CCM Department within the Asia PMs Region within more than 15 countries

Key focus on Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines.

Proactively guarantee full understanding and buy-in by all the key stakeholders involved/engaged in not only Marketing function, but also belonging to General Management, Sales, CCM and Finance.

Manage and track marketing plan execution and marketing campaign

Summary of Experience
-
At least 7 years’ experience as Brand Manager/Marketing Manager acquired in multinational Food & Beverage Companies

Sales or CCM experience is a strong plus

International experience is a plus
-
Liquor industry is a must

Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams, and showcase influencing skills
