Position context

 

Field CCM will be responsible for the sell-out plan implementation, in order to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives of the Channel&Customer Marketing.

The person is the contact person for on trade activities in the area such as brand building development, in-store visibility.

 

Mission

Coordinate field related activities and activations at POS. Guide the team of activators.

 

Key Responsibilities & Activities

 

  • Identifying, selecting, activating and controlling strategic points of sale for brand development.
  • Implementation of channel activation & initiatives by channel activation managers, including communication with sales & customers, execution, KPI tracking, & A&P control etc.
  • Support sales force for customers needs in terms of brand assets, training material, POSM & trade activities, from execution to tracking & budget control.
  • Presentation and sharing of planning guidelines for sell out actions;
  • Coordination with Sales team and Area managers to allocate CCM investments;
  • Market visit to help deep dive channel insights and track of sales KPI achievement in terms of perfect store execution.
  • Analysis of any critical issues in the area concerning KPIs, in collaboration with Sale force;
  • Monthly benchmarking on competitors’ activities (products, prices, assortments, promotions, events, new product launch) and on the main weaknesses of the local market.

 

Key Relationships

 

Internal: CCM Manager, Activators, Field Sales, Brand Managers.

External: Buyers, Customers, Bartenders, Bar owner.

 

Summary of Experience/other requirements

  • 3-5 year experience in a Commercial role in multinational Food & Beverage companies
  • 2-3 years experience in Trade Marketing Department within a Multinational and FMCG Environment

 

Education/Professional Qualifications

 

  • Degree in Economics
  • Fluent knowledge of English
