1.    与分销商合作,教育并推广最佳的预测共享和销售耗尽追踪实践。协同销售团队工作,确保及时提交相关信息。
2.    担任销售与运营计划(S&OP)推动者,驱动变革管理及持续改进,以实现S&OP愿景、目标以及期望收益。
3.    作为预测准确性关键绩效指标(KPI)流程所有者,确保各国家/地区充分嵌入定义和测量标准,并执行分析与报告工作。负责汇总每月和每季度业务回顾所需的输入信息。
4.    主导SAP-APO需求规划系统的实施与充分利用,确保系统得到正确部署。负责按照各个国家/地区的实际情况设置合适的APO DP系统参数和主数据,并管理系统的维护以及APO DP问题票证处理。
5.    对销售部、市场部、财务计划与分析部门、分销商等关键用户进行持续的流程与系统培训,确保全面理解S&OP,并确保规划活动以正确的方式执行。
6.    确保BW报告和KPI在所有国家/地区的全面部署与使用,负责整合、分析相关数据供管理层参考。
7.    执行新品牌收购、关键客户或分销商整合、供应网络变化等情况下的需求计划评估,并协调由此产生的需求计划变更工作。
