Key Responsibilities and Activities:

 

The role will be managing:

 

 

Bartenders engagement and education

  • Lead And Manage Brand Advocates Team
  • Partner with the key local bartenders and to nurture and execute dialogue content to identify potential issues/opportunities
  • Campari Academy management, including
    • Certification course content & test design & production
    • Plan & execution of off line events targeting bartenders
    • Guest shift events design & execution
    • Campari Academy mini app & WeChat account management
  • Share insights and information with Sales and Marketing, gathered within Campari Academy
  • Ensure the timely roll out of activations of team.

 

Competitive Consumer and Channel insights and strategy

  • Analyse data from internal and external sources to identify channel and consumer trends on a regular basis to provide accurate and contemporary insight on the market trend
  • Work with global, local team (through research, category and competitive analysis) to develop insightful and impactful China activation plans.
  • Align with our global team on strategic planning, calendar, content and adopting the global brand marketing plan & Campari Academy plan into a localized China activation plan
  • Prepare/Present proposals, briefs, plans and activities to top management and cross functional business teams

 

 

Manage Key Partners, Regions and Agencies

  • Implement, facilitate and support a smooth WOW with distributor and partners
  • Manage agencies to ensure timely delivery of all milestones
  • Support sales team with channel activation request targeting bartenders and distributors
  • Responsible for national program targeting wholesalers

 

 

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management/ channel marketing, ideally in FMCG. A minimum of 2 years experience in international spirit. Familiar with bartender community is a plus, but not a must
  • Great passion in the imported spirits category and brands, and the lifestyle it represents.
  • Prior experience and ability to thrive in team-based settings. A good team player
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently with senior-level leaders
  • Ability to network and build strong relationships. Charismatic, engaging and thrives on presenting to groups of people.
  • Ability to balance between a robust analytical capability and an interest in the creative process
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
  • Able to travel domestic (30%) and internationally
