Mission/Objectives
Following the Campari Group worldwide presence and globalization, the increasingly tight relationships between Group Legal Entities and the continuous and dynamic evolutions in the Tax area, Tax Department is seeking a Senior Tax Specialist to join Campari Group Global HQ in Sesto San Giovanni (Milan). As Senior Tax Compliance Specialist, you will report to the Tax Manager.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
As a Senior Tax Compliance Specialist, you will collaborate with Global Tax Team and Campari Group legal entities – both abroad and in Italy - on various tax compliance – related tasks, including but not limited to:
- Supervision, support and monitoring over the tax compliance processes of Campari Group legal entities;
- Ongoing tax compliance fulfilments for the Italian legal entities (e.g. preparation of the direct tax computation and direct/indirect tax returns, support to the other department on tax matters…);
- Coordination of direct tax calculation processes for Campari Group legal entities (e.g. quarterly direct tax closing process…);
- Management of indirect tax compliance processes for the Campari Group legal entities (e.g. VAT and GST fulfilments, Intrastat…);
- Management of the tax aspects related to the cross-border transactions (e.g. withholding tax in case of cross border transactions) and to reorganization processes involving Campari Group (e.g. merger);
- Research and study of the main news / changes of the tax regulations involving / impacting Campari Group;
- Management of the day-by-day relationship with the internal and external stake holders of tax department (e.g. auditors).
Education / Professional Qualifications
- Business Administration/Law degree with focus in Tax Law
- Experience from 3 to 5 years in tax departments of multinational groups or tax consulting firms working with multinational groups
- Ability to use professional database (Fisconline, Ipsoa, Eutekne, IBFD)
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (with specific focus on Excel)
- Fluent in English
- Master in Tax Law is a plus
- Ability to use SAP is a plus
