Role Overview
This internship role provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR Technology & AI, by supporting cross-functional technology initiatives, experimenting with AI tools, testing system workflows, and documenting processes, while working closely with the HR Technology team and internal stakeholders across functions. You will spend significant time learning, experimenting, and growing your understanding of how technology enables HR processes.
Education & Experience
You are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field with exposure to technology concepts.
You have demonstrated interest in HR technology or digital tools through academic coursework, personal projects, self-study, certifications (e.g., basic data analytics, AI fundamentals), or involvement in tech-related student organizations.
Previous internship or work experience in HR, IT support, or technology-related roles is a plus but not mandatory.
Functional & Technical Skills
You have basic understanding of how business systems and workflows operate, including the ability to follow and document step-by-step processes.
You are comfortable using Microsoft Excel for data handling, basic analysis, and reporting. PowerPoint proficiency for creating documentation or presentations is expected.
You have curiosity about or basic exposure to HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll systems) and how they support HR operations.
You have familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) and understand basic concepts such as prompting, use cases, and limitations. No coding or advanced technical skills required.
You can follow test scripts, identify inconsistencies, and clearly document test results and observations.
You show the ability to quickly learn new tools, navigate unfamiliar systems, and apply logical thinking to troubleshoot issues.
