Campari IT is organized around Global & Regional/Local layers, the Enterprise Architecture (EAT), Platforms (SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow), the Global Service Delivery Team and five Center of Expertise (CoE) – Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance & HR (Back Office), Business Development & Legal, Data Analytics and Data Science (DADS).

 

The IT competency centers (CoE-Center of Expertise) are accountable for the development of an IT strategy for their functional area aligned to the overall Campari business objectives and requirements for business capabilities.

 

The Platforms are responsible for designing, implementing, and governing the IT applications according to business requirements provided by CoE’s and guidelines defined by EAT.

 

Campari Group is looking to add a SAP SAC Planning specialist and the profile is defined below.

 

Within the newly stablished SAP Platform team, the SAP SAC Planning and Analytics Specialist, reporting directly to the SAP Data and Analytics Manager, will be pivotal in championing Campari Group's ventures within the SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) domain, especially focusing on the planning aspect. Collaborating rigorously with both internal IT experts and external IT associates, this role is primed to craft, enhance, and steward business intelligence and planning solutions.

 

The key goal is to bolster organizational decision-making and future planning through adept data visualization and analytics. Integral to the Campari Group's OneIT blueprint, interactions with the Analytics CoE, Data Architects, other tech platforms, and Global Service Delivery are paramount in a product-centric environment. Mastery in data visualization, proactive planning, innovation, intricate problem-solving in a global setting, and a staunch dedication to teamwork will drive success in this role.

 

Mission / Objectives

The SAP SAC Planning and Analytics Specialist aims to sculpt Campari Group's SAP Analytics paradigm, delving deeper into data visualization capabilities and laying robust foundations for predictive analytics and future planning. Objectives encompass:

  • Curating and implementing SAP Analytics Cloud stories, dashboards, and analytic applications tailored for forecasting and planning.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to extract, refine, and embed business requirements into planning solutions.
  • Upholding data veracity and uniformity across analytics and planning tools.
  • Augmenting Campari Group's predictive analytics, leading to insightful future strategies.
  • Advocating groundbreaking solutions that persistently channel business progression.

 

Key Responsibilities and Activities

Design, Development, and Planning

  • Work closely with business sectors and IT contingents to architect and roll out SAC stories, dashboards, and planning tools aligning with business foresight.
  • Ensure seamless data ingestion from platforms such as S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, etc., into SAC, facilitating predictive analytics.

 

Data Modeling, Integration, and Planning Tools

  • Employ SAP SAC modeling instruments to devise datasets for both visualization and planning.
  • Partner with data architects and specialists to integrate diverse data sources, ensuring a holistic view for accurate planning.

 

Optimization, Support, and Planning Accuracy

  • Oversee and refine the efficacy of SAC solutions, ensuring planning accuracy.
  • Extend continual user support, resolve challenges, and conduct training interventions, amplifying user adoption and planning effectiveness.

 

Collaboration, Training, and Planning Workshops

  • Liaise with IT cohorts, data architects, and business units to ensure SAC solutions are attuned to strategic intents.
  • Pilot workshops and tutorial sessions, specifically focusing on SAC's planning capabilities, uplifting end-user proficiency.

 

Best Practices, Continuous Learning, and Planning Innovations

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, features, and planning innovations within SAP SAC.
  • Instill a culture of relentless learning and innovation, especially in the realm of predictive planning.

 

Experience & Education

  • Minimum of 2 hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, with significant focus on planning tools.
  • Concrete expertise in SAP SAC solutions, emphasizing planning and forecasting.
  • Prior experience in multinational company is valued.
  • Adeptness in fostering global team collaborations.
  • A Bachelor's or advanced degree in a pertinent field such as Data Science, IT, or Computer Science is favored
  • Fluent in English is a must
