General Description of the Role
Contributes to the development and sharing of a powerful strategic marketing plan and tools in support of brand activation and growth in all the key markets. The role will be dedicated to the Campari brand, with the aim to support the Global Senior Brand Manager and Global Brand Manager in design and execution of the brand strategy at a global level.
Mission/Objectives
The successful candidate will contribute from a practical point of view to the key Campari brand initiatives, with a specific focus on Campari’s role in culture (i.e. Cinema Platform, Cannes Film Festival), Global Communications (i.e. Campaign, social media) and Trade Advocacy Initiatives (i.e. Negroni Week). The successful candidate will be exposed to the strategies behind brand positioning, new product development, strategic planning, marketing toolkit elaboration and special projects related to the activation of the brand’s global marketing platform – cinema.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Overall Support to the Brand Management team as a key reference point from an operational standpoint for:
- Development of marketing materials, including collecting inputs from local markets, managing the creative development phase.
- Organization of regular meetings (with partner and stakeholders) to ensure alignment with goals and deadlines
- Supports in category and market analysis
- Support product innovation and regular check of new launches
Campari Communications:
- Support the BM in the digital aspects (tool development, ad hoc brief development, social media channels, etc), in collaboration with Integrated Marketing solutions team
- Support SBM in the organization of the pre-production, shooting, post production and assets delivery of the Global Campaign
Campari & Cinema:
- Support on the design and project management of Campari key marketing initiatives related to cinema, with particular focus on Cannes Film Festival
- Support to PR initiatives related to Cannes Film Festival. Act as a key point of contact for specific geographies related to the global Campari PR plan
- Develop key marketing materials related to activations during Cannes Film Festival and throughout the year
- Support key initiatives during Cannes FF, including management of the main events in Campari Lounge
Trade Advocacy Initiatives:
- Support BM in the management of key trade advocacy initiatives, like Negroni Week, Global Sponsorships (the World 50 Best Bars) and collaboration with Brand Homes team (i..e Camparino).
Required Skills & Traits
- Preference for previous internship experience in Brand Marketing
- Passion for marketing communication
- Ability to collaborate within a project management driven work environment
- Curiosity, proactivity & dynamism
- Fluent in Italian and English, other languages a plus. Strong written skills in both languages.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Teams
