Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Insights & Analytics Manager to join our Global Insights & Analytics team. In this role, you will lead the development of deep consumer, category, and market insights, ensuring that our House of Brands teams have the intelligence needed to drive growth. You will play a pivotal role in embedding data-driven thinking across the business, influencing key stakeholders with compelling insights and strategic recommendations. 

 

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

  • Lead the development of global insights and analytics strategies to inform brand, category, and commercial decision-making. 
  • Contribute to champion a data-driven culture within Campari, ensuring insights are embedded in strategic planning and execution.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging AI-powered analytics tools, machine learning techniques, and big data methodologies to enhance consumer insights and business decision-making and support implementation of AI-driven tools in the organization. 
  • Work closely with other I&A team members and with senior House of Brands leadership (as well as leadership from other functions as relevant) to define key business questions and translate them into actionable insights building initiatives and/or research initiatives.

 

Consumer & Market Insights

  • Design and oversee research programs (quantitative and qualitative) to deepen understanding of consumer behavior, category trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources (syndicated, custom research, social listening, etc.) to uncover insights that drive brand and commercial strategies.
  • Identify emerging consumer trends and market opportunities that can shape future innovation and brand growth.

 

Advanced Analytics & Performance Measurement

  • Develop robust analytics frameworks to measure brand performance, media effectiveness, and commercial success.
  • Leverage advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and segmentation, to enhance decision-making.
  • Partner with data science teams to unlock new insights through AI, machine learning, and big data methodologies.

 

Stakeholder Influence & Business Impact

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure insights translate into business action.
  • Present compelling narratives to senior stakeholders, using data visualization and storytelling to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with external research agencies, ensuring high-quality delivery and strategic alignment.
  • Scout and identify new cutting edge research partners when/as relevant. 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in insights, analytics, or strategy roles within FMCG, beverages, or a related industry.
  • Strong expertise in consumer research methodologies, analytics, and data interpretation.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization and managing multiple markets.
  • Passion for the spirits and beverages industry, with a deep understanding of category dynamics. 
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing agency partners on complex multi-country projects.
  • Excellent storytelling and data visualization skills, with proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
