Role Purpose
If exploring consumer trends, analyzing real market data, and supporting global research projects sparks your curiosity, this internship is your front-row seat.
As a Market Research Intern, you will support the Global Insight & Analytics (I&A) function in day-to-day research activities. You will help gather, organize, and share insights so that they can be correctly understood and applied within brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in qualitative and quantitative research projects, liaising with research agencies.
- Helping with the implementation and management of ongoing tracking studies.
- Supporting reporting activities, including data extraction and analysis (IWSR, Brand Health Tracking).
- Contributing to trend monitoring, insight identification, and internal sharing.

Key Relationships
Internal: Brand Managers, Marketing Managers, Local I&A Managers.
External: Research institutes, consulting firms, marketing agencies.

Capabilities & Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Statistics, Consumer and Marketing Psychology, Sociology, or similar.
- Experience in research institutes is a plus.
- Fluent English.
- Critical thinking, collaboration, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with dashboards, research tools, or surveys.
- Interest in consumer psychology, culture, and market trends.
