Campari IT is organized around Global & Regional/Local layers, the Enterprise Architecture (EAT), Platforms (SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow), the Global Service Delivery Team and five Center of Expertise (CoE) – Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance & HR (Back Office), Business Development & Legal, Data Analytics and Data Science (DADS).
The IT competency centers (CoE-Center of Expertise) are accountable for the development of an IT strategy for their functional area aligned to the overall Campari business objectives and requirements for business capabilities.
The Platforms are responsible to design, implement and govern the IT applications accordingly to business requirements provided by CoE’s and guidelines defined by EAT.
Campari Group is looking for Global IT Sr Specialist SAP Service Sales&Distribution as defined below.
General Description of the Role:
The Global IT Sr Specialist SAP Service Sales&Distribution at Campari Group is a pivotal role focused on supporting and enhancing the SAP SD module, with an emphasis on understanding and utilizing SAP Fiori. This role involves operating within a DevOps framework, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration between development and operational teams. The Specialist will provide first-level support to users of the SAP SD module, assist with training, incident resolution, and contribute to problem management, feature deployment, and enhancements.
Mission / Objectives:
- To provide effective Level 1 support and training specifically for the SAP SD module, enhancing user capabilities.
- To ensure thorough understanding and utilization of SAP Fiori features within the sales and customer service community.
- To operate within a DevOps framework, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- To participate in incident and problem management, and in the deployment of new features and enhancements, focusing on optimizing SAP SD module performance.
Key Responsibilities and Activities:
- End-User Support and Training : Provide first-level support for the SAP SD module, addressing user queries and resolving incidents. Develop and deliver training focused on SAP SD functionalities.
- Expertise in SAP Fiori: Gain deep knowledge of SAP Fiori, focusing on its application in SD. Provide guidance and training on SAP Fiori features within the SAP SD module.
- DevOps Collaboration: Actively work within a DevOps framework, collaborating closely with both development and operational teams to streamline processes, enhance system functionality, and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Incident and Problem Management: Manage and resolve incidents and problems related to SAP SD. Collaborate with IT and business teams for effective resolution.
- Feature Deployment and Enhancement: Participate in the rollout and testing of new features and enhancements, with a focus on SAP Fiori within SAP SD.
- Technical Upskilling: Continuously learn and develop skills in SAP SD and Fiori, participating in training and certification programs.
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent understanding of the SAP SD module.
- Minimum 4 years' experience as an SAP service owner, gained through roles in support or project environments, is highly valuable. This experience should demonstrate familiarity with managing SAP services, coordinating with teams, and overseeing SAP project implementations or support operations
