Role Context and Mission
As a key member of the Global IT Enterprise Architecture team, you will contribute to the definition, evolution, and implementation of enterprise-wide architecture strategies that support business transformation and innovation. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, capable of translating complex business needs into scalable and sustainable technology solutions. You will play a central role in supporting and executing enterprise architecture governance and processes, including the development and adoption of architecture principles, standards, and templates. Effective communication and collaboration with both IT and business stakeholders are essential, as you will facilitate alignment and understanding across diverse groups. In addition, you will actively participate in and support the adoption and governance of artificial intelligence (AI) frameworks within the enterprise architecture function, ensuring responsible and strategic integration of AI technologies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Steer architectural decisions across business, application, and technology domains, promoting excellence and innovation in IT solutions.
- Develop and maintain architecture principles, standards, and templates, ensuring their adoption across the global architecture community.
- Manage the Enterprise Architecture Office, including the organization and execution of the Design Authority Board and other architectural governance forums.
- Facilitate the Enterprise Architecture Community of Practice, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement among architects.
- Oversee documentation, repositories, and tools including Confluence and LeanIX, ensuring consistency, alignment with governance standards and continuous improvements.
- Collaboratively map and maintain the enterprise architecture metamodel - including Applications, Business Capabilities, Interfaces, Data, and additional relevant entities - in partnership with other architects, ensuring a comprehensive view of systems, their interdependencies, and alignment with organizational standards.Support the integration and governance of artificial intelligence frameworks within the architecture function, ensuring responsible and strategic adoption.
- Promote awareness of enterprise architecture (EA) practices and achievements, facilitate knowledge sharing within the IT community, and support onboarding and training of users on EA methodologies and tools.

Experience & Education
Must Have;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 with an equivalent role.
- Experience working in international, multicultural, and geographically dispersed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related digital fields.
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
Nice to Have;
- Certification in architecture frameworks, for example TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similar
- Experience delivering IT solutions as an architect or technical project manager
Technical Skills
Must Have;
- Knowledge of IT strategies, innovation trends, standards, and best practices.
- Strong architectural background with ability to map technology landscapes and capabilities, including creation of architectural views using standard drawing tools such as draw.io or similar alternatives
- Strong predisposition and ability to create high-quality, well-structured documentation using popular document management systems such as Confluence or similar alternatives
Nice To Have;
- Familiarity with system development life cycle management, IT service management, infrastructure, and operations.
- Familiarity with administration and usage of popular Enterprise Architecture management tools such as SAP LeanIX, Bizzdesign, and so on.
- Familiarity with technologies, trends, and patterns within the Artificial Intelligence field.
