General Description of the Role
The Global IT Business Analyst SAP IBP – Supply Chain Planning holds a crucial position, reporting to the Global Supply Chain IT Business Partner. This role spearheads Campari Group's Global SAP Supply Chain landscape, collaborating intensively with internal IT and Supply Chain teams, as well as external IT associates.
The primary objective is to evolve, standardize, and amplify the SAP Supply chain Tools like SAP IBP, MRP, boosting supply chain capabilities, facilitating growth, and delivering tangible business outcomes.
In this Role you will be responsible to build SAP IBP technology solutions to spearhead the digital transformation journey of Campari to get our products at the right place at the right time.
Work with Business stakeholders as well as Vendors to create best in class supply chain offerings and making business case of SAP technology solutions as required by Business.
Mission / Objectives
This role is committed to shaping and optimizing Campari Group's SAP Supply Chain framework, particularly through SAP Supply chain Management Business Suite. Aiming to enhance supply chain functionalities, it sets the path for organizational growth strategies and cost optimization. Key missions include:
Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Drive breakdown of business requirements, by conducting workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources based on standard templates.
- Propose and drive implementation of system improvements.
- Continuously explore new features introduced in SAP IBP releases, applying them through practical pilot projects.
- Engage with external resources to drive transformational project delivery, and partner with SAP Customer Support to provide input on the development of new capabilities.
- Ensure close collaboration and communication with all stakeholders.
- Provide expertise and guidance in Supply Chain Planning / IBP to others and actively share best practices.
- Continuously review and edit requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution.
- Work with the project manager, architects and developers to define metrics and performance goals for the solution.
Business Value Realization
- Engage with cross functional CoEs and stakeholders to align strategies and roll out transformative SAP solutions.
- Foster alignment across departments to harness platform benefits.
- Expand the SAP Supply Chain ecosystem, serving as the critical contact for global solutions.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree, preferably in an IT-related field
- Good Experience of in Supply Chain Planning domain with at least 3 years working on SAP IBP tool preferably in an IT Consulting organization.
- Good understanding of SAP solutions in the domain of supply chain Planning (Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, IBP)
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with very good written and verbal communication skills in English, additional language(s) skills would be beneficial.
- Good knowledge in Agile or Hybrid implementation methodology would be a plus
