Campari IT is organized around Global & Regional/Local layers, the Enterprise Architecture (EAT), Platforms (SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Data), the Global Service Delivery Team, Governance and PMO, Business Development and five Center of Expertise (CoE) – Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance & HR (Back Office).

The IT competency centers (CoE-Center of Expertise) are accountable for the development of an IT strategy for their functional area aligned to the overall Campari business objectives and requirements for business capabilities. The Platforms are responsible for designing, implementing, and governing the IT applications according to business requirements provided by CoE’s and guidelines defined by EAT. 

 

Campari Group is looking for a Global IT Solution Architect - Supply Chain Planning. 

 

General Description of the Role

 

The Global IT Solution Architect - Supply Chain Planning holds a crucial position, reporting to the Global Supply Chain IT Business Partner SC Planning. This role spearheads Campari Group's Global SAP Supply Chain landscape, collaborating intensively with internal IT and Supply Chain teams, as well as external IT associates.

The primary objective is to evolve, standardize, and amplify the SAP Supply chain Tools like SAP IBP, APO, MRP, boosting supply chain capabilities, facilitating growth, and delivering tangible business outcomes.

In this Role you will be responsible to build SAP technology solutions to spearhead the digital transformation journey of Campari to get our products at the right place at the right time.

Work with Business stakeholders as well as Vendors to create best in class supply chain offerings and making business case of SAP technology solutions as required by Business.

A blend of strategy and hands-on expertise is vital, with the role being central to Campari Group's OneIT structure. Collaborating with Supply Chain CoE, Enterprise Architects, Data Architects, and other vital tech platforms within a product-based environment is essential. Skills in innovation, intricate problem-solving, and mastery in global settings are paramount.

 

Mission / Objectives

This role is committed to shaping and optimizing Campari Group's SAP Supply Chain framework, particularly through SAP Supply chain Management Business Suite. Aiming to enhance supply chain functionalities, it sets the path for organizational growth strategies and cost optimization.

 

Key Responsibilities and Activities

  • Overseeing the SAP Supply Chain technology trajectory, synchronising with strategic objectives
  • Encouraging innovation through SAP IBP, APO, MRP for continuous business advancement
  • Converting business and technical requirements into technology solutions
  • Use your supply chain and technical expertise to decipher business needs and convert them to functional requirement documents
  • Keep up to date with latest offering of SAP IBP and assess its suitability for Campari business needs
  • Lead teams of vendors to build state-of-the-art Supply Chain Solutions in SAP for long term success
  • Serve as an expert and thought leader in Supply Chain CoE by continuing to build your own and your team's expertise in SAP and supply chain management
  • Support the decision-making process of acquiring of new supply chain tools and selection of service partners.

 

Team Leadership

  • As a solution architect, you will lead project teams, guide developers, and work closely with business analysts
  • Champion recruitment and growth of team members, aiming for a premier SAP Supply Chain team
  • Reframe team structures to amplify SAP DevOps capabilities.

 

Business Value Realization

  • Engage with cross functional CoEs and stakeholders to align strategies and roll out transformative SAP solutions
  • Expand the SAP Supply Chain ecosystem, serving as the critical contact for global solutions.

 

Technology Leadership

  • Guide and reshape the SAP Supply Chain Planning tools, ensuring integration with pivotal systems like S4 HANA / SAP BW and non-SAP tools
  • Partner with SAP Product Owners keeping abreast of new offering and self-learn to deliver technological edge to the Campari internal teams.

 

Experience & Education

  • Strong knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP IBP, APO, S4 HANA, SAP Cloud Platform. A good understanding of in data modelling, integration, and configuration is vital
  • A deep understanding of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is crucial. You should be well-versed at least two of the IBP modules such as S&OP, Demand, Supply, Response, and Control Tower
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes, demand planning, inventory management, and logistics is essential. You’ll be designing solutions that optimize these areas
  • At least a 10-year experience in SAP Supply Chain tech roles, especially SAP IBP, APO and MRP managing implementations
