Role Context and Mission

 

As a Process Mining Platform Specialist at Campari Group, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company towards operational excellence through advanced data analysis and process optimization. 

The resource will be part of the Information Technology department and will report to the Integration & Power Platform Manager. 

 

The mission of this role is to harness the power of Celonis process mining and execution management software to unearth deep insights from complex data, thereby driving efficiency and effectiveness across various business operations. 

 

The Celonis Platform Specialist will be instrumental in identifying bottlenecks, suggesting improvements, and implementing solutions that align IT capabilities with business objectives. This role is critical in ensuring that Campari Group stays at the forefront of technological innovation and continues to thrive in a competitive marketplace by making data-driven decisions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

 

The Process Mining Platform Specialist will act as both a technical specialist and a business strategist, bridging the gap between IT and the GBS Process Optimisation & Automation team, ensuring that the organization's processes are as efficient and effective as possible.

 

Key Responsibilities – Process Mining Platform Specialist

 

  • IT Governance and Process Mining Support: assist the Global Business Services (GBS) team in conducting process mining with a focus on IT governance. Ensure that IT components and processes adhere to best practices and standards, facilitating the identification and resolution of inefficiencies and bottlenecks in IT-related business processes.
  • Strategic IT Insights and Support: support GBS in planning and delivering projects by analyzing complex data sets, ensuring IT strategies and decisions are aligned with overall business objectives and are executed following best practices in IT governance.
  • Integration Optimization: collaborate with IT teams to optimize the integration of Celonis with existing IT systems and platforms.
  • Automation Support: collaborate with the automation team to identify and evaluate potential use cases for Celonis in the automation of business processes. Provide specialized support in determining where Celonis can be most effectively applied to enhance automation strategies and initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align Celonis capabilities with these requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: champion continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging Celonis to drive operational excellence and innovation.
  • Training and Support: provide training and ongoing support to users of Celonis within the organization.
  • Performance Reporting: regularly report on the performance and impact of Celonis implementations to senior management stakeholders.
  • Vendor Management: manage relationships with Celonis as a vendor, ensuring the company is leveraging the latest features and capabilities.
  • Best Practices Development: develop and share best practices for process mining and execution management within the organization.
  • Security and Compliance Management: ensure that the handling and analysis of data within Celonis adheres to Campari's stringent security and compliance policies. Implement robust protocols to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data processed by Celonis. Regularly review and update security measures in line with evolving industry standards and organizational requirements.
  • Platform Monitoring and SaaS Management: oversee the Celonis SaaS platform to ensure its optimal performance and alignment with Campari's IT ecosystem. Regularly liaise with Celonis support and technical teams to stay informed about automatic updates, new features, and enhancements. Coordinate with internal IT teams to ensure smooth integration of these updates and to leverage new functionalities effectively within the organization. This role involves continuous monitoring of the platform's performance and usage to maximize its benefits and ensure compliance with Campari's operational standards.

What you bring

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least a 3-year experience in process mining, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably with Celonis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of IT systems and business process management.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in project management and change management.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to communicate digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, technical outreach within and without the organization
  • Ability to support planning sessions and design multi-year roadmap of Celonis, strategically aligning with business goals
