Mission

Through hands-on projects, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies the IT Back Office System Intern will have opportunity to work within IT Back Office team and together with the related supported Business Functions (mainly Finance and HR), sharpening communication, collaboration and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key accountabilities & learning areas

Supporting the IT Back Office CoE, the intern will have opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop innovative solutions for business challenges, in particular about Enterprise Performance Management (EPM);
  • Participate in business planning process evolution and related IT programs (Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, COGS, P&L Planning, what-if analysis and their connection points with Reporting and Variance Analysis);
  • Assist in the analysis of digital solutions, with the main focus on SAP solutions  (Sap Analytics Cloud, Data Sphere, S/4HANA) and related integration with Microsoft PowerBI and DataBricks;
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions;
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in Finance, HR and other Back Office areas;
  • Complete internal governance tasks as assigned by the IT responsible;
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices.

Learning objectives

  • Become aware of our organization's digital transformation strategy and vision, with particular focus on SAP Cloud solutions
  • Learn the current IT operating model;
  • Acquire the basics of Project management and Service management;
  • Understanding the principles of Business Analysis.
  • Learn basic knowledge and functionality on SAP SAC, the last frontier of EPM tools within SAP portfolio

What’s needed for a successful experience:

  • Graduation in IT / Engineering / Economics & Business Management programs;
  • Interest in Technology, Data, Tech trends, Automation and AI;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Attitude and motivation to problem solving;
  • Attitude in working by goals;
  • Good communication skills and teamwork;
  • English is a must.

 

Selection Process Overview
