General Description of the Role
In the Technology & Services organization, the Data & Analytics Team enables data-driven decisions by turning data into reliable insights that support business strategy and performance.
The team works with business and technical stakeholders to manage the data lifecycle, deliver analytics solutions, strengthen data governance and literacy, and define value-driven data strategies and use cases.

Within the Data & Analytics team, the Data Solutions Delivery Analyst - Sales & Marketing supports the delivery and evolution of Sales & Marketing data products, reporting solutions and data integrations. The role helps translate business needs into clear requirements, supports delivery activities, monitors data product performance and collaborates with business, technical teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Data Platform, Modelling and Architecture Support
- Support data integration scope definition and documentation for Sales & Marketing sources such as Nielsen, CRMs, external marketing agencies and commercial enterprise systems
- Contribute to data modelling by documenting entities, relationships, business definitions and use-case requirements
Data Reporting and Analytics Delivery
- Support delivery and enhancement of Sales & Marketing Data Reporting & Analytics solutions, including Power BI, Azure pipelines and Databricks
- Gather and validate reporting requirements, KPI definitions and analytical perspectives with business stakeholders
- Support testing, issue resolution, status updates and adoption of reporting enhancements
Data Pipeline Operations and Monitoring
- Monitor refresh processes, pipeline execution and reporting availability for assigned data products
- Support investigation of data quality, refresh and reporting issues, coordinating with technical teams as needed
Data Product Delivery and Business Alignment
- Support backlog, priorities and delivery activities for Sales & Marketing data products
- Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation
Data Engineering, AI Enablement and Stakeholder Coordination
- Assist in onboarding new data sources and documenting data flows, ingestion needs and processing logic
- Support reuse of semantic models and curated datasets for advanced analytics and AI-enabled use cases
- Coordinate working sessions, documentation, action logs and follow-ups with IT, business teams and partners
Required skills and experience
Experience & Background
- 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI delivery, CRM analytics, commercial reporting or data product support
- Experience with Sales & Marketing, CRM, customer or commercial analytics use cases, preferably in a global environment
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, tech documentation drafting, testing, issue tracking and stakeholder coordination
Business Skills
- Good understanding of Sales & Marketing processes, CRM data, commercial KPIs and analytics-driven decisions
- Ability to translate business needs into structured data, reporting and analytics requirements
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and clear communication with business and technical stakeholder
Technical Skills and Awareness
- Working knowledge of BI and analytics tools, preferably Azure, Power BI and Databricks
- Understanding of data pipelines, ingestion, data modelling and data quality controls
- Ability to collaborate with data engineers, architects, BI developers and external delivery partners
Key competencies
- Analytical mindset and ability to connect data outputs to business questions
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and documentation discipline
- Structured problem-solving and ability to investigate issues methodically
- Good stakeholder management and coordination skills in cross-functional environments

The indicative annual gross salary (base salary) for this position ranges within 38K-50K + 10% STI, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall profile.
The role is classified in accordance with the collective labor agreement – level 1
The position might also include a variable compensation component and a benefits package in line with applicable company policies.
