General Description of the Role
The POSM & Merchandising Project is a project within the IMS (Integrated Marketing Solution) function with the aim to enable the implementation of the Point of Sales Material (*) Management footprint within the whole Campari Group. This initiative will target to achieve a higher level of efficiency and effectiveness in POS material value chain, from demand planning to distribution to trades/customers, leveraging on potential synergies among Markets. In that respect, the Global POSM Operations Intern will support the Global PoSM team to facilitate the change management actions and ensure a successful roll-out, including new policies, procedures and the development of Global catalogues

Mission/Objectives
As key team member of the Global POSM & Merchandising Project, the role will work closely with the POSM Global Agencies, creative agencies and with a wide range of internal stakeholders global and local marketing teams and other functions (IT, finance, procurement…) to ensure a successful implementation of the POSM management model in Campari Group, according to the approved roll out roadmap and in line with the targets.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Support the Project Manager and Project Specialist as a key reference point from an operational standpoint for:
- Development of the POSM GLOBAL CATALOGUE ORDER WINDOW and AD HOC CATALOGUES: collecting inputs from local markets / global Marketing, managing the creative development phase, the execution and sampling steps.
- Operational support to the creation and lifecycle management of POSM items, including data collection, SKU setup, documentation preparation, and coordination with agencies and suppliers.
- Support in the creation, submission and follow-up of POSM orders, ensuring accuracy of information, timely processing, and alignment with project timelines.
- Organization of video/photo shootings for new global catalogue items and merchandising ranges.
- Creation and deployment of a communication plan to effectively promote the Projects internally (newsletter, videos, internal social media such as Yammer, etc.).
- Organization of regular meetings (with partners and stakeholders) to ensure alignment with goals and deadlines.

Education / Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus
