General Description of the Role context

 

At Campari Group, the Global Business Services (GBS) organization drives process excellence and operational efficiency by delivering standardized, automated, and data-driven services across key business functions, enabling the company to scale with agility and focus on strategic growth. 

Within the GBS, the Process Excellence & Data Governance Team mission is to enhance process innovation and optimization to boost automation cross geographies and functions, via new technologies and end-to-end vision along processes, activating and deploying the required change management.

Particular focus is placed on identifying and implementing automation solutions (e.g.: using Microsoft technologies such as Power Apps and Power Automate), to support process digitization and scalability across functions.

The Global Process Excellence & Automation Senior Specialist will work to drive the development and activation of effective tools and procedures to optimize and innovate processes.

The geographical scope includes all Group markets as well as Group functions.

 

 

The Mission and Key Responsibilities

The Global Process Excellence & Automation Senior Specialist’s key responsibilities are:

  • Implement streamlined, efficient processes across Campari Group Markets and Functions to optimize the Customer Life Cycle Flow, with a strong focus on Sales & Distribution (i.e. end-to-end order lifecycle—from entry and validation to tracking and fulfillment)
  • Actively contribute to global strategic initiatives that design and deploy innovative tools and systems, enhancing process efficiency and unlocking deeper data insights to drive smarter, faster decision-making across market
  • Work on continuous improvement of processes to reach process harmonization and efficiencies across countries, providing recommendations and guidance to stakeholders
  • Leverage the post-events analysis to identify corrective actions and re-design the execution strategy
  • Ensure a data-oriented assistance approach throughout the overall initiative’s lifecycle
  • Design and implement BOIs to track measurable improvements achieved through targeted process enhancements and automation initiatives, ensuring clear visibility of performance gains
  • Lead Program and Project Management providing full support on major initiative
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to improve processes creating value for the Business
  • Build credible and trustable partnerships and drive collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders across multiple business functions/BUs

 

Key Relationships

Internal: GBS PE&DG Team, other GBS Functions, Global/Regional Functions, all markets

External: International GBS outsourcer Partner dealing with different Hub located in America, Asia and Europe, other external partners/consultants

 

Experience Required

 

  • Minimum 3-4 years working for a consulting or complex global organization
  • Proven experience in Sales & Distribution Processes (from Order creation to fulfillment)
  • Knowledge on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus
  • Knowledge on SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) is a plus
  • Knowledge on Process Mining tools is a plus

 

 

Education / Professional Qualifications

 

  • Master Degree in Economics / Business Administration or Engineering

 

Skills Required

  • Fluency in English is a must, fluency in other languages is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Sales Order processes capabilities and understanding
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Previous Experience dealing with process analysis and process automation
  • Project management and analytical skills
  • Able to work and influence counterparts within a multi-cultural environment
  • Flexibility and Pragmatism/Problem Solving capabilities
  • Willing to travel (when projects require)
