General Description of the Role context

The GBS is a Global Business Service organization, today focused on Finance and Supply Chain processes, working through both an internal organization and a Global Business Outsourcer (BPO) which partner with Campari along GBS development and running. Within the GBS, the Global Process Optimization & Automation (PO&A) Team mission is to enhance process innovation and optimization to boost automation cross geographies and functions, via new technologies and E2E vision along processes, activating and deploying the required change management.

The Global Process Optimization and Automation Manager is a key member of the PO&A Team and is in charge of implementing the Team mission with a particular focus on Supply Chain processes.

The geographical scope includes all Group markets as well Group functions.

 

 

The Mission and Key Responsibilities

The Global Process Optimization & Automation Manager’s key responsibilities are:

  • Collaborate with Business Functions to the re-design of Supply Chain Process leveraging on Process Mining Tools to work on process flow continuous improvement to reach process harmonization and efficiencies across countries, providing recommendations and guidance to major LE's Stakeholders
  • Seek continuous Global Model improvements and Automation opportunities (i.e. assessing tools, procedures, process effectiveness) cross Towers Areas and with a particular focus on the Supply Chain processes (i.e., Planning, Production, Manufacturing, Logistic, Quality, R&D, etc.) through the proposal, coordination and deployment of new project initiatives
  • Ensure a data-oriented assistance approach throughout the overall initiative lifecycle
  • Leverage the post-events analysis to identify corrective actions and re-design the execution strategy
  • Develop dedicated process monitoring Key Performance Indicators and monitor their % increase reached through dedicated process improvements and automation actions
  • Run the deep dive assessment within the business and identify the need of developing new process improvements/automation to reach Business requirements and expected results
  • Lead and/or contribute to strategic global project initiatives aimed at the development of tools & systems  across market enhancing processes effectiveness and improving data insights for better decision making
  • Build credible and trustable partnerships and drive collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders across business functions/regions.
  • Collaborate with all different Supply Chain functions in the definition of process improvements actions
  • Drive action, synthesizing findings into specific initiatives (i.e. leveraging on process analytics and KPI analysis, to make data-driven proposals) with clear ownership, governance, and tracking
  • Support, sponsor and spread Process Innovation through the Group, Lead the Change. Guide the Team in the scouting and analysis of best practices in the GBS (Global Business Services) industries, especially in collaboration with the Business Process Outsourcer with the aim of verifying the possibility of their implementation inside Campari.
  • Boost innovation also by digitalizing processes and introducing new technologies (i.e. Artificial Intelligence, RPA, Data Analytics, Chatbot implementation etc.)
  • Lead Program and Project Management providing full support on major initiative (including i.e. project planning, design, implementation, appropriate communication, training, transition to the Delivery Centres and post go-live support
  • Coordinate/prepare all standard deliverables necessary for the project's deployment

 

Experience Required

  • 7–8 years working for a consulting or complex global organization with experience in the Supply Chain areas
  • Experience in Supply Chain process re-engineering and digitalization projects preferred
  • Knowledge on SAP MM module and IBP is a plus
  • Knowledge on Celonis Process Mining Tool is a plus
  • Knowledge on Power Automate is a plus

 

 

Education / Professional Qualifications

  • Master Degree in Engineering or Economics / Business Administration
  • Process mining technology certification is a plus

 

Skills Required

  • Fluency in English is a must, fluency in other languages is a plus
  • Process design, understanding and re-engineering skills
  • Proactive, result oriented, stress resilient, enthusiastic to embrace new challenges
  • Proven ability to influence the views of others through effective persuasion
  • Flexibility and Pragmatism/Problem-Solving capabilities
  • Self-driven with high ownership and discipline to ensure progress on track
