Position context
The Global Marketing Intelligence Sr. Specialist sits within Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS), reporting to the Global Marketing Effectiveness Manager in the wider Media and Effectiveness team led by the Director of Global Media and Effectiveness.
The role builds an always-on, data-led view of how consumers respond to key touchpoints, with a strong focus on Paid, Owned, Earned activities and cross-channel performance. The position works daily with internal teams (mainly brand, market research, IT), agencies and platforms to connect data across media, social, entertainment, PR, websites/SEO, CRM and other relevant touchpoints.
Mission
The mission of this role is to turn marketing data into clear, strategic decision-ready insights that improve brand, digital and trade decisions and continuously strengthen brand strategies.
Its purpose is to embed intelligence across the organisation, linking analytics directly to brand-building, creative effectiveness and integrated marketing decisions.
As Campari Group shifts from building insight platforms to activating them, this role must prove their value quickly across the business. Two pillars are key to success:
- Act as an evangelist for insight-led marketing, creating compelling stories from data that help brand and market teams improve digital communications decisions. Platform access and insight adoption across Campari Group will be key KPIs for the role.
- Maintain and evolve the data sources and measurement approaches that power the platforms.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Create compelling data stories that influence business and marketing decisions.
- Develop reports on brands, competitors and consumers across key digital channels.
- Translate analysis into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
- Help define north-star metrics and signals that demonstrate business impact and complement broader brand analysis.
- Identify the signals that matter most within large, complex data sets.
- Work with regional and global stakeholders to identify priorities and business questions.
- Partner with vendors to define models, requirements and analytical approaches.
- Guide vendors to deliver robust analyses and reliable insights.
- Work closely with global and local digital leads and brand teams to activate insights, supporting the evolution of digital PR and talent programmes.
- Explore new models and opportunities that improve business decision-making.

- Influencer Marketing (Wearisma)
- Search Listening (Trajaan)

Collaboration and Leadership:
- Partner with integrated marketing and brand teams to identify priorities and unlock high-impact opportunities.
- Build strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to deliver communication goals.
- Coach local teams and partners to strengthen digital communication capabilities.
Key Relationships:
- Internal: Global and Local Brand Management teams, Global Integrated Marketing team, Global Insights team, IT teams
- External: Agencies, Media, Digital, Event and PR agencies, Influencers/Creators, and other relevant partners
Education
- University degree
- MBA or Master’s in Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Strategy or another quantitative field is a strong plus.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, including measurement analytics or data-driven business roles.
- Experience in spirits or consumer goods is a plus, not a must.
- Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights for marketing teams.
Knowledge/Skills
- Fluent English is essential; other languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of brand insights, consumer behavior, competitive dynamics and marketing effectiveness.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and measurement tools, including analytics, social listening, media, CRM and search data.
- Confidence with data visualisation tools and dashboards.
