Position context
The candidate will be integrated into the Channel & Customer Marketing On-Trade team (Trade Marketing) and will report to the Senior Category Manager Spirits.
The resource will support the CCM On-Trade team in managing daily activities, data analysis, and specific cross-categories projects, with the aim of evolving tools and trade materials for our Sales force.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Support in the evolution of SFA tools to increase our speed and ability of analysis, as well as the quality of the Sales force tools themselves
- Support Category managers in periodical analysis of sell-in and sell-out data and analysis on the usage of trade tools
- Support in the implementation of data analysis tools such as: On Trade dashboard, Location advisor, Salesforce extra incentive tool (Grand Prix)
- Support in collecting info from the field to populate our insights sharing tool (We Report)
- Support in Purchase Order process (incl. TAP project)
Required Skills
- Master's degree in Economics, Management, Marketing (and similar);
- Knowledge of Italian is mandatory;
- Fluent English;
- Excellent ability to organize own work according to priorities;
- Strong collaborative attitude and aptitude for teamwork;
- Proactivity and Propensity to learn;
- Good knowledge of the Office package;
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Passion for the world of Spirits.
